Birthday Cake pancakes! A birthday tradition!

I have 4 kids & it's a tradition on each of their birthday's I make birthday cake pancakes. They all love them. (including Mom & Dad!) They are super easy & inexpensive to make, a double bonus!

Just take a Funfetti cake mix & make the batter according to the instructions on the back of the box. (feel free to substitute apple sauce for the oil like I do!) If you can't find a Funfetti cake mix you can get a yellow or white cake mix & just add some sprinkles.

Then make as pancakes on a griddle or a skillet. That's it! Super easy!
